All our customer are entitled  to basic Training and Technical knowledge of the equipment they possess , alongwith detailed knowledge  about the proper scheduled maintenance and its importance. This, alongwith the Technical Support provided by Greaves raises the confidence levels of our customers in our products & Services.

Free Service Camps :-
These camps are one of the Unique services provided free of cost to customers enrolling for a free Check-Up  of the health of their Generating  equipments. Our Service Engineers, accompanied by Greaves Service Managers visit every customer to hear their grievances & Complaints and take effective problem solving measures. This activity is one step closer to feel oneself in the shoes of the customer.
